摘要
阐述了LCD显示器工作的基本原理,对LCD低温工作的缺陷进行了分析,介绍了一种对LCD显示器进行低温加固的设计方案,在显示器模块中设计了一套加热装置,该装置同时能满足抗眩光及电磁兼容(EMC)特性的要求。该方案具有加热功耗低,可靠性好、抗眩光、EMC性能好及结构便于组装等优点,可适用于机载、车载等LCD显示器的低温加固中。
The operating principle of LCD is described in this paper. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of LCD operated under lower temperature, a kind of design scheme for rugged LCD is introduced here. A set of heating system is designed in the LCD module, which can meet the requirements of anti-glare and EMC. The new rugged device possesses the following advantages: low power consumption, good reliability, anti-glare, excellent performance of EMC, and easy assembly for mass production, and it is suitable for the wide application in the aircraft and car carried LCDs.
