摘要
建立了一个循环流化床与移动床结合的多联供冷态试验台,提升管直径为400 mm、高度为6 m,移动床直径为476 mm、高度为2 m,在循环床与移动床之间用气动分配循环物料的流率;进行了物料分配试验和大颗粒移动试验,根据试验结果完善了这个循环流化床多联供冷态试验台,试验为热态试验台的设计提供了一些经验。
A cold model of a circulating fluidized bed of 400 mm in diameter and 6000 mm in height and a combined moving bed of 476 mm in diameter and 2000 mm in height was built. A pneumatic distribution valve was used to adjust circulating ash flows between the two beds. Experiments mainly on the pneumatic distribution valve and large particles flow from the moving bde to the lift of the CFB were made and the resulats are described in the paper.
