摘要
应用扫描电镜观察奇变瓢虫雌雄成虫触角超微结构,发现触角上分布有刺形感器、毛形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器和Bhm氏鬃毛。毛形感器数目最多,集中分布于端节,刺形感器、腔锥形感器和Bhm氏鬃毛较少,锥形感器最少。其中刺形感器、毛形感器和锥形感器各分为3个亚型。雌雄触角在形态、感器的类型和分布上无明显差异,但各触角背面与腹面感器在类型和分布上有所不同。
Antennal ultrastructure of adult male and female Aiolocaria mirabilis Motschulsky were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and sensilla chaetica (ch), sensilla trichodea (tr), sensilla basiconica (ba), sensilla coeloconica (co) and Boehm bristle (br) were distinguished. Sensilla tr which densely locates on the tip section of flagellum is the most numerous one among those sensilla, and sensilla ch, sensilla co and sensilla br are the second one in number, and the number of sensilla ba is the least. Sensilla ch, sensilla tr and sensilla ba are divided into three sub-types. No significant differences were found in antennal morphology, sensilla type and distribution between the female and male, but the antennal sensilla type and distribution are not identical between dorsal and ventral sides on each antennae.
