摘要
以三光气为原料,采用五元环酸酐法(NCA)法合成了聚(L-谷氨酸-γ-苯甲酯)(PBLG)均聚物。通过与亲水性聚合物聚乙二醇(PEG)的酯交换对PBLG进行接枝改性,并考察了温度、反应时间、PBLG链长、PEG链长等因素对产物接枝率的影响,采用红外及核磁共振等方法对聚合物的结构和接枝率进行了表征。
Polypeptide - poly (γ- benzyl- L- glutamate) (PBLG) was synthesized via standard N- carboxyanhydride (NCA) method using triphosgene as material. Then the modified PBLG tearing hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG)groups has been subjected to ester exchange reaction. The effects of reaction conditions such as temperature, reaction time, PBLG and PEG chain length were investigated. The structure of the PBLG and its graft copolymers were examined by FTIR and ^1H NMR. The graft ratios of PBLG- g - PEG were also estimated by ^1H NMR and the reaction mechanism proposed according to the theoretical analysis was proved.
