我国民办高等教育在历经艰难的创办和发展后,取得了良好的发展势头,成为高等教育的重要组成部分,为高等教育大众化作出了积极的贡献。同时,民办高等教育也面临着外部环境和自身成长问题的困扰。这就要求对这些问题有针对性地加以解决,使民办高等教育走出困境,走持续发展的道路。

After its tough start-up and development, our non-governmental higher education has gained good momentum of development and, as an important component part of higher education, made active contributions to the popularization of higher education. Meanwhile, non-governmental higher education is also perplexed by the external environment and self-growth problem. This demands that these problems be solved with a clear aim so as to enable non-governmental higher education to extricate itself from the difficult position and embark on the road of sustainable development.
