摘要
发展模式转型的核心是要构筑报酬递增的内生机制,报酬递增来源于高度专业化分工中新技术的学习、创新与应用,根本上受制于市场交易成本。企业是发展模式转型的主体,发展模式转型是企业根据市场环境做出的选择,因此,要完善现代市场体系特别是要素市场和资源市场建设,提升居民收入的增长率和改善收入分配格局,创建服务型有为政府,为企业选择报酬递增的经济增长方式提供良好的市场制度环境和市场需求环境。
The core of the transformation of the developmental mode is to construct the endogenous mechanism of increasing returns. Increasing returns stems from studying, innovating and applying new technology in highly specialized division of labor and is controlled by market transaction costs. Enterprises are the main body of the transformation of the developmental mode that is selected by enterprises according to the market environment. Therefore, we should improve the modern marketing system, especially the construction of capital market and that of market for the essentials of production, raise the growth rate of residents' income by perfecting income distribution pattern, establish an accomplished service-typed government, and provide a good market system environment and market demand environment for enterprises as they select the economic growth mode for increasing returns.
