摘要
以某型车的车厢夹层复合板结构为例,研究了夹层板结构的有限元建模方法,建立了车厢的有限元简化模型并进行了模态分析。与传统上使用的板梁单元相比,单元自由度数减少了66.7%,大大缩短了分析时间,提高了计算效率。
The analysis model of FEM for laminated plate compartment of one vehicle is set up and the model analysis is carried out. Comparied to ordinary plate - beam element, the freedom number of this model is reduced 66.7percent, the period of calculation is greatly shorten and the efficiency of calculation is also raised.
