摘要
以某大型可展开卫星天线为研究对象,在给定展开方式和驱动力矩的条件下,采用ADAMS仿真软件进行了天线展开过程的仿真分析。通过仿真分析,获得了各零部件在展开过程中的运动参数和受力变化规律、以及天线各主要铰链处所受的冲击力,并进行了相关的分析和探讨,为天线零件的强度、刚度计算及结构优化设计、以及为天线展开方式的选取和动力源的确定提供了必要的数据和设计参考依据。
Based on analysis of Hoop Truss Deployable Satellite Antenna' s function, the simulation of antenna' s deploy was carried out in ADAMS. In the simulation, the motion states of parts were given, and the impact forces in main joints were presented along with detail analysis. It supplies the essential data for the calculation of the stiffness and intensity of parts, and it' s necessary for the optimization of antenna' s structure. This work is an important reference for chooses of deploy methods and driver.
