摘要
用稳态法求得氧化锆固体电解质内的氧位分布,从理论上阐明了钢液定氧电池参比电极的选择原则。在1600℃下,钢液含氧量小于300×10^(-6)时,Cr/Cr_2O_3参比电极优于Mo/MoO_2参比电极;而钢液含氧量大于300×10^(-6)时,使用Mo/MoO_2,参比电极比Cr/Cr_2O_3参比电极的误差更小。氧含量极低时,不宜采用Mo/MoO_2作参比电极。
The principle for selecting reference electrode of solid electrolyte oxygen cell was explained by the distribution formula of oxygen potential in ZrO_2 based solid electrolyte and this formula was evaluated under steady-state conditions,Cr/Cr_2O_3 reference electrode is better than Mo/MoO_2 reference electrode in the measurement of steel melts with oxygen content lower than 300×10 ̄6.Use of Mo/MoO_2 reference electrode can accurately measure steel melts with oxygen content higher than 300×10 ̄(-5)but can not be used to measure steel melts with extremely low oxygen content.
