摘要
首先以几大汽车制造企业的设备管理为研究背景,针对其现有的设备管理体制和管理方式的缺陷与不足,利用最新设备管理发展理论和管理信息化思想,对设备管理进行流程重组,提出了一种新的汽车制造企业设备管理组织模式和业务流程。
Taking several big automobiles manufactures corporations' equipment management as the research background, this article analyses the existing flaw and the insufficiency in their equipment management system and the management way. Then, using the newest equipment management development theory and the management information thought, this article carries on the process reengineering to the equipment management and introduces a new organization and Business Process which is suitable to equipment management of Automotive Manufacturing Corporations.
