探析日用陶瓷铅镉溶出量超标的原因及应对措施

A PRBE INTO THE CAUSE OF EXCEEDING STANDARD OF THE LEAK OF PB AND CD IN DAILY CERAMICS AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

通过对日用陶瓷生产过程中使用的原料、辅料的检测排查,发现引起铅、镉溶出量超标的主要来源是釉彩中的铅、镉成份。并对易造成铅、镉溶出量超标的釉上彩日用陶瓷的生产、加工工艺中的关键控制点做了一定的分析,提出了一些应对措施。

Through the test on the raw and supplementary materials in the course of producing daily ceramics,we find the cause of exceeding standard of Pb and Cd is the ingredients of Pb and Cd in the glaze colour.We also analyze the control over the processing techology of on-glazed coloured daily ceramics that are apt to cause the excess,and put forth some countermeasures.
