摘要 由长石粉高梯度磁选及磁选长石粉成瓷试验结果可见,高梯度磁选对长石粉的铁含量降低得并不多,但其对长石粉质量的提高却起着重要作用。未经过高梯度磁选除铁的长石粉作釉料时,烧成的陶瓷釉面有黑色铁斑点,而经过高梯度磁选除铁后的长石粉作釉料时,烧成的陶瓷釉面没有黑色铁斑点,提高了瓷器的等级,并分析了产生这种现象的原因。 It can be learned from the high-gradient magnetic separation to feldspar power and the power' s sintering into ceramic that high-gradient magnetic separation does little function to the reduction of iron content in feldspar, but plays an important role in the enhancement of its quality. Ceramic made of feldspar that is not processed by high-gradient magnetic separation have black spots on its surface. In comparison, ceramic made of feldspar dealt with the high-gradient separation method has not black spots on its surface. So the high-gradient magnetic separation can upgrade the degree of the quality of ceramic, this article gives the reasons below.
