摘要
提出将经典继电保护功能进行元件化处理,并用可编程逻辑进行系统构建的微机继电保护开发平台,该平台的使用提高了继电保护装置的可靠性、灵活性、可扩展性和可移植性,大大缩短开发周期,同时有效解决了继电保护装置的工程化问题。文中介绍了保护元件化及可编程逻辑的具体原则和使用方法,并给出了系统构建的实例。
This paper proposes a new platform of microcomputer-based relay protection, which can make system constructed by the programmable logic, and the relay protection functions are packed to elements. This platform of the protection relay, can improve the reliability, the flexibility, the expandability and the portability of the relay protection device, and reduce the time of the research and development. The application method of packing the element and the application method of programmable logic are discussed in detail.
