摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,近红外光谱分析仪的应用越来越广泛;其非破坏待测物体的测量方法,倍受人们关注。本论文主要研究开发基于近红外光谱技术的便携式快速分析仪器中单色光控制器。采用新型先进的分光技术—声光可调谐滤波器以及数字频率合成技术,设计出稳定、可靠、便携、方便的单色仪,为方便、快捷的近红外光谱分析仪提供有效的单色光源。
With the development of science and technology, the applications of the Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy Analysis Instnanent (NIRSAI) are getting more and more on broad. The measurement, which did not destroy the object, is paid more attention.The aim of the dissertation is to study the Monochromatic Optical Controller of portable instrument, which bases on The NIRS. Applying the new advanced prismatic technology, AOTF and DDS, we de:signori a stable, reliable, portable and convenient Monochromatic Optical Controller, providing effective monochromatic optical source for the NIRSAI.
