摘要
无刷直流电动机的转矩脉动影响其使用,特别在低速时直接影响系统精度。该文介绍了无刷直流电机控制系统中的5种PWM调制方式,详细分析了HPWM-LON型调制方式对电机换相转矩脉动的影响;提出了一种直接面向转矩脉动的补偿方法,并用PSpice仿真验证了方法的正确性和可行性。研究具有实用价值。
The torque ripple of BLDCM have influence on use, specially on accuracy of system in the low-speed. The paper introduces five PWM modes used in brushless direct current motor control system, analyses in detail the HPWM-LON influence on the commutation torque ripple of BLDCM, proposes a method to compensate torque ripple which is directly faced the torque ripple, at last the PSpice Simulation shows the correctness and practicability of the method. The research have practicablity.
