摘要
分析了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的运行机理,提出了基于智能功率模块IPM的保护方案以及定子电流过流检测与保护方案,开发了一套基于TMS320F240的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制调速系统。实验表明,该系统具有优良的转矩快速动态响应特性,对系统参数摄动和对外干扰具有很强的鲁棒性。实验系统安全可靠运行表明该调速系统具有优良的故障检测和保护功能,硬件设计思想合理。
This paper conducted an in-depth research on Direct Torque Control (DTC) of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), presented a scheme of IPM-based protection and stator-currentbased over-current detection and protection, and developed a TMS320F240 DSP-based PMSM DTC system. Experimental results verified the merits of PMSM DTC including the rapid torque response, the good speed-adjustable performance, and the robustness to system parameters uncertainty and disturbance. The system operates well and successfully, which shows the speed-adjustable system has good competence in fault detection; fault protection.
