摘要
介绍了试验模态分析和有限元模态分析的方法,并将二者结合提出了根据电机的振动分析的故障诊断新方法。首先建立电机振动模态分析的数学模型,给出模态分析的试验方法,提出振动分析的有限元方法,最后给出利用模态分析进行电机故障诊断的具体实现方案。通过建立电机的振动特征库,把电机的实际振动情况与之相对照,即可得知电机相应的故障类型。
The method of test modal analysis and finite element modal analysis are introduced in this article, by associating them, a new method of fault diagnosis of electric machine based on the vibration state of the machine is proposed. First, hayed created the mathematical moldel of electric machine vibration modal analysis. Then presented the test method of electric machine modal analysis, proposed the finite element method of electric machine fault diagnosis using modal analysis. By creating the vibration characteristic base of the electric machine, compared with practical vibration states, we can get the fault types of the electric machine.
