摘要
目的应用超声新技术研究川崎病儿童左心室收缩功能。方法脱机分析61例川崎病患儿与20例正常儿童六个室壁二尖瓣环收缩期平均峰值速度(mVs)。结果急性期和恢复期组二尖瓣环收缩期平均峰值速度与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);冠脉扩张组和无扩张组分别与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论急性期和恢复期川崎病儿童左室收缩功能受损,而且与冠脉扩张与否无关。
Objective To assess the left ventricular (LV) systolic function in children with kawasaki disease (Kd) by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI). Methods Twenty healthy subjects and 31 children with acute Kawasaki disease and 30 children with convalescent Kawasaki disease were studied by QTVI. Off-llne LV velocity profiles along LV apical long-axis view, apical two-chamber view and four-chamber view were obtained synchronously. The peak systolic velocities (Vs) from pesteroseptal, lateral, anteroseptal, posterior, anterior and inferior wall at mitral annunal level were measured. The mean velocities were calculated. Results The mVs in acute Kd group and convalescent Kd group was lower than that in control group (P〈0.05). The mVs in dilated coronary artery group and normal coronary artery group was lower than that in control group (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between the dilated and normal coronary artery groups,
