摘要
目的总结Gore补片在成人腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用。方法回顾性分析我院2002年5月￣2005年12月使用Gore补片治疗152例成人腹股沟疝无张力疝修补手术的临床资料。结果本组治愈150例,复发2例,复发率1.31%(2/152)。结论本方法具有操作简便,并发症少,复发率低的优点,是安全有效的无张力疝修补法。
Objective To introduce Gore-mess in adult＇s inguinal hemiorrhaphy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 152 patients with Gore-mess tension-free hemiorrhaphy from May 2002 to December 2005. Result The operation was successfully performed in 150 patients and 2 cases were recurrent. The recurrence rate was 1.31% （2/152）.Conclusion The method has a advantage of easier surgical performance, fewer complication and lower recurrence. It is a safe way of tension-free hemiorrhaphy.
