摘要 目的:研究CD105和Flk1(fetal liver kinase-1)在尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)组织中的表达及其可能作用。方法:采用鼠抗人CD105单克隆抗体和兔抗人Flk1多克隆抗体,应用免疫组化方法检测CD105和Flk1在27例CA组织和17例正常包皮组织中的表达。结果:CD105在血管内皮细胞膜上表达,CA组织中CD105标记的血管数比正常包皮组织明显增多,有显著差异(t=10.601,P<0.001);Flk1在CA组织的角质细胞胞浆和血管内皮细胞膜上均有表达,而正常包皮组织中仅在角质细胞胞浆呈弱表达,差别也有显著意义。结论:CD105和Flk1在CA组织中有过度的表达,可能与血管生成有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression and the effects of CD105 and Flkl in condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: The expression of CD105 and Flk1 in 27 cases of CA specimens and 17 cases of normal human foreskin tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: CD105 was localized in the membrane of vascular endothelial ceils. The density of CD105 positive blood vessels in CA specimens was significantly higher than that in the normal foreskin tissues (t= 10.601, P〈 0.001 ) ; The expression of Flkl in CA tissues was in cytoplasm of keratinocyte and membrane of vascular endothelial cells, while in normal foreskin tissues of was mainly in cytoplasm of keratinocyte, and the positive intensity in CA was also significantly higher than that in the normal foreskin tissues. Conclusion: CD105 and Flk1 were overexpressed in CA, which might be associated with the new blood vessel formation in the dennis of CA.
