The Application of Intemal Quality Control Function in Laboratory System

目的:利用LIS系统中IQC系统,进行医学实验室IQC管理,简化流程、增加功能、改善分析模式,使IQC工作达到国际认可标准。方法:与上海杏和软件公司合作,按照美国病理学家协会(CAP)[1]的要求,开发出适合医学实验室的IQC系统。程序设计软件为PowerBuilder,数据库为SQLSERVER,运行环境为Windows XP、2000、98,显示分辨率为1024×768或800×600。结果:该系统自动传输质控数据,对数据与已确定控制范围进行比较,自动判断失控规则,提供失控处理平台,复查结果可同时显示,每月汇总近期质控情况,其功能基本达到国际标准。结论:通过IQC系统的完善,使其功能强大,使用方便,非常适合大型实验室的IQC工作。失控记录和质量评价结果能长期保存,可随时进行回顾性分析。月汇总表,可帮助实验室人员分析IQC情况,查找失控原因。

Objective： To achieve the International Accreditation Standard, our laboratory make use of the （internal Quality Control, IQC） System to simplify the procedure, increase the function, improve the analytical model.Method： According to the requirement of College Of American Pathologists, our laboratory cooperate with ShangHai XinHe Software Company, empolder a kind of IQC system which is suitable for medical laboratory. The software of procedure design is Powerbuider. Database is SQL SERVER. Its operation condition depends upon Windows XP, 2000 and 98, and its display resolution is 1024 × 768 or 800 × 600. Results： The system can transfer the QC data automatically, and compare the data with the confirmed control rage. It also can estimate whether the data is out of the rules automatically and provide several ways of approaching the problem. The results of reexamination can display at the same time. The system can collect information monthly. Its functions have already achieved the International Accreditation Standard. Conclusion： Because the IQC system is well established with its powerful functions and flexible operations, it is very suitable for large clinical laboratory. The system can preserve the records of the failed QC and quality evaluation for a long time. We can evaluate the retrospective analysis at any time. Also, the monthly summary table can help us analyses IQC system and find out the reasons of failure.
