条形码在内分泌功能试验中的应用

Applying Barcode to Endocrine Function Test

目的:利用条形码技术解决内分泌功能试验中出报告难的问题。方法:门诊收费处及病房工作站根据检验申请号打印条形码,门诊采血室和病房工作站将条形码贴在采血管上,检验申请单不再随标本进入实验室;实验室通过读取条形码调用病人资料和所申请的检测项目,报告单通过合并方式将所有结果合并到一张报告单上。结果:病人结果通过网络传输回服务器,门诊病人凭条形码信息标签在任何一个就诊服务台或自动报告打印机通过条码打印报告;病房通过医生工作站直接查看病人检验结果及打印报告。结论:条形码技术的应用成功解决了内分泌功能试验中出报告难的问题,此方案具有一定的优越性。

Objective： Using barcode technique to resolve the difficult problem of reporting the endocrine function test. Methods： Barcodes are printed and pasted on sample tubes, according to doctors advice. Application papers are no longer taken into the laboratory with samples. Picking inspection information and detecting them after scanning the different labels in laboratory, and then results are combined into one report. Results： Reports are sent to every terminals and printed according in to patient information. Conclusion： Barcade technique makes the difficult problem resolved successfttlly, which shows its superiotity.
