摘要
首先基于耗散系统的熵理论,阐明耗散系统的存在与发展依赖于源源不断的负熵流。而中国的制造业这个大耗散系统要想发展,必然需要以工业工程的技术和方法体系作为负熵流。然后从战略层次阐述了中国制造业发展的特征,指出各企业应根据自身的情况应用工业工程来确定发展策略。
At first ,we expound the existence and development of dissipative system depends on continuous negative entropy flows based on the theory of dissipative system and entropy. However, If Chinese manufacturing industry--huge dissipative system want to develop,it need the technology and method system of Industrial Engineering as its negative entropy flows. Then we explore the developing characteristic of Chinese manufacturing industry in the strategic level and point out each enterprise should make different strategy by applying IE according to one's own situation.
