摘要
企业制度的演化大致划分为3个阶段:古典企业制度、现代企业制度和后现代企业制度,参与生产和交易的异质性要素是企业制度演化的动力。异质性要素随科技进步和市场环境的改变而进行物质资本、管理型人力资本和智能型人力资本的历时性转换。
The evolution of the enterprise institutions is divided into three stages, namely： classic enterprise institutions, modem enterprise institutions and post-modem enterprise institutions. The heterogeneous factors that participate in production and transaction are motilities of the evolution of enterprise institutions. With the progress of science and technology and the change of the market environment, the heterogeneous factor converts from material capital into managerial human capital, and into intelligent human capital.
