摘要
丙酮酸及系列产品在化工、生化、制药和农用化学品等工业及科学研究中有着广泛的用途。丙酮酸及系列产品的纯度、含量、杂质等质量指标与合成方法有关,不同的应用途径对这些指标也有着不同的要求。本文综述了丙酮酸及系列产品质量指标的检测方法,以及丙酮酸及系列产品的应用现状。
