摘要
本文对以6-APA为原料制备舒巴坦的关键工艺过程——脱溴还原工艺过程的方法选择和优化进行了研究,分别对以锌、镁为还原剂工艺和以镍、钯碳为催化剂的氢气还原工艺进行了比较和研究,得出以钯碳为催化剂,在0.2MPa下,以氢气为还原剂对二溴青酶烷砜酸进行脱溴还原工艺具有比较明显的优势,制得β-内酰胺酶抑制剂——舒巴坦的收率可达到86.5%。
In this article, the method and optimization of the debromination-reduction technical process were investigated which was the key step in the synthesis of sulbactam with 6-Aminopenicillanic acid material. Respectively compared the reductive process when Zn, Mg was used as reductant and Ni, Pd (C) as catalyst under hydrogen atmosphere, the debromination-reduction technical process provided obvious advantage and the yield of β-lactamase inhibitor sulbactam could reach 86.5% in the present of Pd(C) catalyst and hydrogen at the pressure of 0.2 MPa.
