结直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊疗分析

The Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment in Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Limb after Operation of Colorectal Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨结直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院收治的22例结直肠癌术后下肢DVT患者的诊断和治疗情况。结果全部病例经治疗后,临床症状改善显著,小腿周径由治疗前的5.0±3.7cm缩小为治疗后的2.0±1.5cm(P＜0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者是DVT的高危人群,术后应警惕DVT的发生,并尽量进行早期防治。 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment in patients with deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in lower limb after operation of colorectal carcinoma. Methods 22 patients complicated with DVT were analyzed in our hospital after operation of colorectal carcinoma. Results Clinical symptoms in all patients were significantly improved. The calf perimeter of patients was significantly shortened from 5.0 ± 3.7 cm to 2.0 ± 1.5 cm after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients with colorectal carcinoma were the highrisk groups that easily be suffered from DVT. They should be cared for DVT,and be prevented,diagnosed and treated as earlier as possible.
