摘要
采用色谱跟踪反应的方法研究了化学结构、反应温度、催化剂种类及用量等因素对炔烃钛氢化反应的影响。结果表明,取代基的电子效应对反应速度和产物结构有显著的影响;温度的不同,不仅影响反应速度,而且也影响产物组成。通过反应温度的控制和选择可以得到不同结构的产物;不同种类和用量的催化剂对反应显示不同的活性。初步探讨了催化剂的结构与活性的关系。
The effects of the chemical structure of ethyncs, leaction temperature and different kinds and amounts of catalyst on titano-hydrogenation of ethynes were tracked and studied by gas chromatography.It was found that the electronic effect of substitucnt influenced obviously the reaction rate and the structure of pro-ducts. Reaction temperature affected not only the reaction rate,but also the composition of products.A variety of products different in structure could be obtained by controlling and selecting the reaction temperature. Differcnt kinds and amounts of catalyst also exhibited different catalytic activities. The dependence of the structure of catalyst on its activity was discussed.
