嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的再认识

Reunderstanding of eosinophilic hyperplastic lymphogranutoma

报道５例淋巴结嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿，临床表现淋巴结肿大，生长缓慢，病程长。病理形态：淋巴结结构部分存在，反应性滤泡明显，副皮质区异形淋巴细胞增生，血管增多伴嗜酸性粒细胞浸润并浸润周围组织。免疫组化显示Ｔ细胞单克隆性，认为是低度恶性Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤伴嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。同时讨论其鉴别诊断和发病机理。

Five cases eosinophilic hyperplastic lymphogranutoma of lymph nodes were studied. Clinically, they were characterized with the enlarged lymph nodes, slow growth and longer duration. Pathomorphologically, part of the lymph nodes exist and reactive folliculosis was prominant. Paracortical region was shown to have a hyperplasia in atypical lymphocyte and an increase in blood vessels with eosinophilic infiltration.Immunohistochemical studies showed that T-cell is monoclonal and is considered as low grade T-cell lymphoma with eosinophilic infiltration.
