由甲烷氧化合成乙烯是合理利用天然气和炼厂气甲烷的重要途径。近年来竞相报道了许多固相催化剂,但都未达到下述三项基础指标:(1)在高甲烷分压(>0.4atm)下C_2稳定产率>30%,其中C_2H_4占大部分;(2)在(1)的前提下,C_2稳定选择性>80%;(3)催化剂使用寿命较长。
The synthesis of ethylene by catalytic oxidation of methane over Li2SO4-MnxOy/TiO2was carried out in a conventional fixed bed flow reactor.A life test of the catalyst for 246 hours under the reaction conditions of normal pressure, 1073K, catalyst weight 2g and flow rate CH4:O2 :N2 = 15:6:15ml/min showed that the steady yield and selectivity for C2-hydrocarbons were 30.8% (C2H4 19.8%) and 82.5% respectively.XRD patterns of this multicomponent catalyst revealed that the support TiO2 was mainly rutile, the active component was mainly MnTiO3, the active components and concurrently the oxidation-controlling components were mainly LiMnO2, Li2TiO3 and TiOSO4.
