鼻咽癌单克隆细胞体内演进中自发性转移及c-myc、c-fos、bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株CNE-2Z-H5移植于裸鼠,待移植瘤发生转移后,取其淋巴结和肺转移灶癌组织移植裸鼠,如此重复2~4个循环后,观察每代移植瘤的转移表型及肿瘤细胞c-myc、c-fos、bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表达。结果表明:随着肿瘤细胞的演进,每代移植瘤的转移率增高,且转移途径更为单一;肿瘤细胞c-myc、bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表达增强;c-fos癌基因蛋白的表达降低。提示:肿瘤细胞的演进、转移及癌基因蛋白的表达存在一定的关系。 The subclone cells of nasopharyngeal carcinomas, CNE-2Z-H5, were inoculated into nude mice. The lymph node and lung metastatic foci of transplanted tumors were transplanted into nude mice when metastasis of transplanted tumors were observed. After 2~4 aforementioned cycles, the metastatic phonotype and the expression of c-myc、c-fos、bcl-2 protein were observed in every passage of transplanted tumors. The results showed that the one passage of transplanted tumor had higher metastatic rate, more specific metastatic paths, stronger expression of the c-myc, bcl-2 proteins and lower expression of c-fos protein than those in the last one following its progression. The results suggest some relationships between the progression, metastasis and oncogeneprotein expression.
