摘要
铁钼氧化物不仅是甲醇氧化制甲醛的催化剂,也是甲醇氨氧化制氢氰酸的优良催化剂之一。前者的组分和催化性能的研究较多,关于后者的报导尚不多见。我们采用多种实验方法研究了催化剂的活性组分及其催化特性。 催化剂采用浸渍法制备。催化活性用固定床流动法测定。催化剂粒度10—18目,反应温度450℃。结果表明,对所有催化剂甲醇转化率接近于100%,HCN收率也就代表催化活性。
By means of X-ray diffraction, Mossbauer spectroscopy and ESCA techniques, the relationship between the active component and catalytic activity of a series of iron-molybdenum oxide catalysts has been investigated. The results showed that iron, molybdenum of the catalysts were present as Fe3+ and Mo6+ in Fe2(MoO4)3, Fe2O3·xMoO3 , MoO3 and α-Fe2O3 phases, and that Fe2-(MoO4)3 seemed to be the basic active component, and Fe2O3·xMoO3 would be the active component for the selective ammoxidation of methanol. The syner-gism of Fe2(MoO4)3 and Fe2O3 · xMoO3 played an important role in the ammoxidation of methanol.
