摘要
二苯乙炔和正丁基锂在乙醚中反应得到中间体,使之进一步与无水氯化稀土反应得到了化合物(I),将化合物(I)与环戊二烯钠在四氢映喃(THF)中反应得到了化合物(I).通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和热重分析对所合成的化合物进行了鉴定,并对水解产物做了红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱分析.研究了铃化合物(I)与AIEt3组成的催化体系引发丁二烯聚合的反应活性,结果表明,该催化体系对丁二烯聚合有较高活性,并且溶剂和铝比对聚合活性有较大影响。
Diphenylacetylenc reads with butyllithium in ethyl ether to give an intermediate C6H5C(Li)=C(n-C4H9)C6H4(Li), which further reacts with anhydrous lanthanide trichloride in THF to form compounds [C6H5C=C(C4H9)C6H4]LnCl ·LiCl·nTHF(Ⅰ). Compound(Ⅰ) reacts with cyclopentadienyl sodium in THF producing compounds [C6H5C=C(C4H9)C6H4] LnC5H5·THF (Ⅱ). The compounds(Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) were identified by elemental analysis, infrared Spectroseo-py, NMR and thermogravimctry. Their hydrolysis products were characterized by IR, MS and NMR, Combined with aluminium tricthyl, the Nd Compounds (Ⅰ) initiate the polymerization of butadiene into cis-polybutadicne. The results show that the catalysts are fairly active toward butadiene polymerization. The Solvent and Al/Nd (molar ratio) have great influence on the polymerization.
