摘要
目的:测定北五味子及其不同炮制品中五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。Spherisorb 10 ODS1(4、6mm×250mm,10μm),以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。线性范围0.1-0.5μg,相关系数为O.995.平均回收率为100.3%和100.4%,RSD=0.87%和2.85%(n=5)。结果:五味子甲素和乙素在生品、醋炙、炒制、酒炙、蒸炙、蜜炙品中的平均含量分别为0.13%,0.064%,0.052%,0.064%,0.11%,0.13%和O.21%,0.298%,0.238%,0.302%,0.216%,0.214%。结论:方法准确,快速,重现性好,可用于五味子各种炮制品的质量评价。
Objective: To compare the content of deoxyschizandrin and γ- schizandrin in the raw medical material and the different processd products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis(FSC). Methods: The content of deoxyschizandrin and γ- schizandfinwere was determined by HPLC( = high performance liquid chnanatography), with Sphefisorb 10 ODS1 (4.6mm× 250mm, 10μm), the mobile phase of a mixture of methanol- water(70:30), and detecting wave length of 254nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 11-0.55μg, with correlation coefficient 0.995. The average recovery Of FSC was 100.3% and 100.4%, with RSD=0.87% and 2.85%. Results: The mean content of dcoxyschizandrin was 0.13%, 0.064%, 0.052%, 0.064%, 0.11%, 0.13% and γ- sehizandrin, 0.21%, 0.298%, 0.238%, 0.302%, 0.216%, 0.214%, in the different processed products of FSC. Conlusion:The method is accurate, quick and good reappearanee, which can be used for the quality evaluation in the different processed products of FSC.
