摘要
目的:对加拿大魁北克地区产西洋参进行化学成分研究。方法:西洋参干燥根用70%醇提物用大孔吸附树脂,硅胶开放柱,ODS开放柱,制备薄层及制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据,理化分析并结合文献对分得的化合物进行鉴定。结果:分离得到8个皂苷类成分,分别为人参皂苷Rg1(1),Rg2(2),20(R)-Rg2(3),Rd(4),Re(5),GinsenosideⅢ(6),Majoroside-F1(7)andRb1(8)。结论:Majoroside-F1,GinsenosideⅢ为C20侧链发生变化的达玛烷型人参皂苷,GinsenosideⅢ为从西洋参中首次分离的化合物,Majoroside-F1为首次在西洋参根中得到的化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Panax quinquefolium L. from Quebec district of Canada. Methods: The dried root of the title plant was extracted by 70% ethanol, and subject by silica gel, ODS column, HPLC. The chemical constitute's structure were illustrated by the use of physico - chemical analysis, spectroscopic analysis as well as correlative literature. Results: Eight saponins were obtained and their structure were identified as Rg1 (1), Rg2 (2), 20 (R) - Rg2 (3), Rd (4), Re (5), Ginsenoside Ⅲ (6), Majoroside-F1 (7) and Rb1 (8). Conclusion: Two dammarane-type saponins varying in C20 - sidechain-compound 6 and 7-were isolated from Panax quinquefolium L., and confound 6 were first found in the title plant. And compound 7 were first found in the root of the title plant.
