关于地方高校本专科大学生成就动机差异的研究

Research on level of achievement motivation for local college students between faculty and undergraduate students

采用成就动机量表,对山东省部分地方性院校的大学生进行了成就动机测量。结果表明,专科学生避免失败的动机水平显著高于本科生。通过对结果进行了分析,阐明了对出现这一结果的原因的观点。

In this research, a scale in achievement motivation was employed. The results of the research showed that the motivation of avoiding failure among faculty students was higher than Undergraduate students. The author analyzed the results and put forward their view on them.
