In this paper, based on the author＇s skillfui work experience, the author analysizes detailedly the reasons for losing control of the engineering investment management, namely investment management mode, decision of investment management, investment manager＇s the quality and the engineering contract management, and puts forward concrete management measures to avoid the losing control of engineering project investment.
