摘要
讲求人格作为做人的一种起码要求,更应成为大学生的一种自觉约束。但由于多种原因,他们尚没有形成健康的人格,必须对其进行人格教育。大学对大学生的人格教育可以体现在多个领域,但是课堂教学是最主要也是最重要的环节。在课堂教学中塑造学生人格是一项综合施教的系统工程,是将学科中特定的目标内容渗透到德、智、体、美、劳诸类教育活动的一种融合性教育。要求利用教育内容,完善教师人格形象,进行个性化人格教育。
Stressing moral quality is the minimum requirements of behaving and university students should restrain themselves conscientiously with it. Because of many reasons, university students haven't formed their sound personality, so personality education for them is necessary. Classroom teaching is the most important link in the university students' personality education. Creating students' personality in classroom teaching is a comprehensive system project and a course penetrating the objective contents of every stubject into the teaching activities of morality, intelligence, physique, virtue as well as labor. Universities should develop personality education by using teaching content and improving teachers' personality image.
