西方国家教师压力研究进展及其启示

PROGRESS OF RESEARCH ON TEACHER STRESS IN WESTERN COUNTRIES AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT

教师压力研究自20世纪30年代在西方兴起以来,一直受到人们的关注。其内容主要集中在教师压力的概念、教师压力的影响、教师压力的来源、教师压力的应对策略等方面。这对我国教师压力研究和教师压力应对有积极意义。

People have been showing concern for the studies＇on teacher stress since the researches arose in the west in 1930s. Ihis paper briefly introduces the research fruits of western countries in this field from the aspects of the concept, influence, source and coping strategy of teacher stress. Learning for the research fruits, this paper puts forward suggestions about researches on teacher stress and coping strategies of teacher stress.
