溴氯甘脲类消毒剂杀菌效果的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF BROMOCHLOROGLYCOLURIL GROUP DISINFECTANTS

为了解溴氯甘脲类消毒剂杀菌效果,采用载体定量杀菌试验进行了实验室观察。结果,以有效氯含量为56.7 mg/L的四氯甘脲水溶液,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 m in,平均杀灭率达到99.9%以上。以有效溴氯含量(mg/L)分别为一溴甘脲74.53、二溴甘脲91.86、三溴甘脲110.08,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用1m in,平均杀灭率达到99.95%以上。以有效溴含量为63.94 mg/L的四溴甘脲水溶液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 m in,平均杀灭率均达到99.96%。结论,氯溴甘脲类消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有良好的杀灭效果,其杀菌效果随有效溴含量增加而增强。

In order to know the germicidal efficacy of bromochloroglycoluril group disinfectants, cartier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results： The average killing rates of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to water solution of tetrachloroglycoluril containing available chlorine 56.7 mg/L for 5 min were over 99.9%, these of E. coil and S. aureus exposed to monobromoglycoluril, dibromoglycoluril and tribromoglycoluril containing available bromine and chlorine 74.53, 91.86 and 110.08 mg/L respectively for 1 min were over 99.95% and those of E. coil and S. aureus exposed to tetrabromoglycoluril containing available bromine 63.94 mg/L for 3 min were 99.96%. Conclusion： The chlorobromoglycoluril group disinfectants have good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and its germicidal efficacy is enhanced with increasing available bromine content.
