摘要
将载有银和铜等金属离子的沸石、二氧化钛与聚乙烯塑料整合成抗菌塑料,为测定其体外抗菌性能,采用浓度梯度稀释法,观察了纳米抗菌塑料颗粒混悬液抗菌作用。结果,纳米抗菌塑料颗粒混悬液对医院感染常见的14株革兰阳性菌和37株革兰阴性菌的抑菌浓度均≤100mg/L。含20g/L纳米抗菌塑料颗粒的肉汤培养基可使其中含10^5~10^8 cfu/ml浓度的细菌起到抑制作用。纳米抗菌塑料颗粒混悬液对33株含量为10^8 cfu/ml厌氧菌的抑菌浓度为1~20g/L;含20g/L纳米抗菌塑料颗粒硫乙醇酸盐肉汤培养基对含菌量为10^5~10^8 cfu/ml浓度的33株厌氧菌起到抑制作用。结论,该抗菌塑料对医院感染常见的革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌以及厌氧菌均有较强的抑制作用。
The zeolite and titanium dioxide carrying metal ions such as silver and copper ions were integrated with polyvinyl plastics to form antimicrobic plastics. In order to determine its in vitro antimicrobic properties, concentration gradient dilution method was used to observe the antimicrobic action of the nanometer antimicrobic plastic granule suspension. Results: The concentration of the nanometer antimicrobic plastic granule suspension in inhibiting 14 strains of common gram - positive bacteria and 37 stra/ns of common gram - negative bacteria causing nosocomial infections was ≤100 mg/L. The broth culture medium containing the nanometer antimicrobic plastic granules 20 g/L could inhibit 10^5~10^8 cfu/ml of bacteria in it. The concentration of the nanometer antimicrobic plastic granule suspension in inhibiting 108 cfu/ml of 33 strains of anaerobic bacteria was 1~20 g/L. The thioglycollate broth culture medium containing the nanometer antimicrobic plastic granules 20 g/L inhibited 10^5~10^8 cfu/ml of 33 strains of anaerobic bacteria in it. Conclusion: The antimicrobic plastics had strong inhibiting effect on common gram - positive and gram - negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria causing nosocomial infections.
