四川地区须家河组小井眼钻井技术研究

RESEARCH ON SLIM HOLE DRILLING TECONOLOGY IN XUJIAHE SET OF SICHUAN REGION

在油气钻井过程中,如何降低钻井工程成本已成为油气田勘探开发的重要课题。小井眼钻井能以较少投资获得较高的勘探开发效益,主要是提高产量或储量,提高采收率,降低钻井成本,小井眼钻井技术对控制钻井成本具有重要意义。文章对国内外一些具有代表性的小井眼钻井技术,尤其是对国内近几年最新的小井眼钻井技术做了分析评价,介绍了国外的小井眼钻井应用情况,提出了全井小井眼、加深小井眼和侧钻小井眼的概念,并对这些小井眼钻井的优缺点进行了对比分析,提出了小井眼钻井应注意的问题。结合实际,对四川须家河组储层进行了适应性评价,提出了川南、川中地区须家河组气藏适合小井眼钻井,提高采收率的途径。

How to reduce drilling cost during oil and gas drilling process, has become an important topic in oil/gas field exploratory development. Slim hole drilling can gain more benefit by using lesser investment. The technology has important effect on controlling drilling cost. The article analysed and appraised some typical slim hole drilling technology in China and abroad, and proposed the concept of whole well、deeped and lateral slim hole, contrasted and analysed their merits and demerits. At the same time, external application circumstance of the slim hole drilling technology is introduce briefly, some problems which should be noticed based on drilling technology are proposed; the adaptability of the technology in Xujiahe reservoir is appraised in Sichuan.
