旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台单元机械系统的设计 被引量:11

摘要 稳定平台单元机械系统的设计是旋转导向钻井工具的关键和难点之一。其作用是保证在钻井时不受钻柱旋转的影响,配合旋转导向钻井系统的指令系统对导向工具的工具面角随钻实时调控,实现导向功能,并承担与MWD之间的测控信息无线传输。介绍了旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台的基本原理,展示了所设计的稳定平台单元机械结构图。指出了稳定平台单元机械系统设计的几个特点进行了稳定平台整体支承方案选择分析,确定了稳定平台整体重量上挂在稳定平台上主支撑座的上挂式方案;进行了轴承选型的对比分析,确定了滚动轴承结构的设计方案,为了提高其使用寿命特设计了轴承保护器;进行了稳定平台主轴控制转动时驱动力矩与阻力矩的分析,给出了所需扭矩的供需平衡的解决办法;进行了影响稳定平台主轴整体刚度的因素分析,提出了提高稳定平台整体刚度的办法;进行了稳定平台旋转主轴的静平衡和动平衡分析;说明了选择防磁材料的原因和轴向累计加工、安装误差的调整方法等。这些措施的实施从机械设计方面保证了整个稳定平台功能的实现。 Mechanical design of stabilized platform unit is one of the key techniques in the rotary steering drilling tool. Stabilized platform is controlling unit of the rotary steering drilling tool, its function is to ensure that it is not to be influenced by rotation of sucker rod string when drilling; to match regulation and control of instruction sets for steering tool's triangle face of the rotary steering drilling system lively while drilling in order to realize its steering function; and to take over charge of transmission over radio for measurement and control information between itself and MWD. The paper introduced the working principle of stabilized platform unit in the rotary steering drilling tool; showed the design mechanical structure drawing of stabilized platform, and pointed out several characters of the mechanical design of stabilized platform unit, such as: carried out the whole scheme's selective analysis of stabilized platform's supporting to determine a upper hanging project that the whole stabilized platform's weight hangs on the main pedestal of the platform stabilization; did comparison and analysis for bearing selection to determine a design project of the rolling bearing's structure and designed a bearing protector in order to improve the bearing's service life; analyzed the driving moment and dragging moment when stabilization platform's spindle controls the bearing's rotation, and presented a solution to the balance of supply and demand for required torque; analyzed the factors which influence the whole rigidity of the stabilized platform's spindle, presented methods which can improve the whole rigidity of the stabilization platform; carried out the analysis about the static and dynamic balance of the stabilized platform's rotating spindle; stated the reason why to select antimagnetic material and adjustment methods of axial cumulative machining tolerance and setting up errors and so on. The implementing of these measures ensure the realization of the whole stabilized platform function in machining design.
