摘要 弱凝胶是由低浓度的聚合物和交联剂形成的、以分子问交联为主及分子内交联为辅的、粘度在100-3000mPa·s之间,具有三维网络结构的弱交联体系。分别从螯合理论、离子水化理论和空缺稳定理论分析讨论了弱凝胶的延缓成胶机理、增粘性、易脱水的特点。认为聚合物和交联剂间弱的相互作用力(交联键、配位键、氢键和聚合物分子间的相互缠绕)和水化层的存在使其具有流动性。弱凝胶是一种沉淀析出的踪影暂时被隐匿的聚沉中间过程,该聚沉过程在动力学上是一种暂时相对稳定的中间过程,是一种影匿现象。 Weak gel is composed of the low-concentration polymer and crosslinker, the crosslinking mostly occurs among the polymer molecule and little within them, the system is a three-dimensional reticulation, the viscosity is between the 100 mPa.s and 3000 mPa.s. This paper analyses the delayed gel mechanism、adding viscosity and dehydration characters of weak gel according to the Chelate theory、Ion Hydration theory and Depletion Stabilization theory. The weak interaction between polymer and crosslinker and hydration layer avails for the flowing of weak gel. Weak gel is a shadow hidden phenomena, which is the middle-process of the deposition hidden, the phenomena is a better steady in dynamics.
