摘要
川西地区深探井,由于井眼尺寸大,地层复杂,平均机械钻速极低,不仅钻井周期长而且极易发生断钻具等井下复杂事故,严重制约了川西地区的天然气勘探开发进程。如何提高钻井速度一直是川西地区深探井钻井工作的一个难题,为了解决这一难题,提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,使用了空气钻井技术并取得成功。文中介绍空气钻井技术在大邑1井的应用情况。
For complex geologic condition in the deep exploration well in West Sichuan area, average penetration rate was very low, drilling cycle was long and downhole accident easily occurs, thus the exploratory development of gas was seriously restricted. In order to solve the problem, air drilling technology was used in well Dayi 1, and got success. Penetration rate was improved and drilling cycle was shortened. The paper introduces the application of air drilling technology in well Dayi 1.
