摘要
笔者对昆明市基层检察院建设的现状及原因进行了分析,旨在现有的法律规定和体制下探讨改进和加强基层检察院建设的有效途径,并提供相关对策。
The author wants to analyze the status and its reasons for the building of grass - roots procuratorates of Kunming City in the existing legal provisions and system, just to explore effective ways to strengthen the building of grass -roots procuratorates, and to provide relevant responses and improvements.
