本文就有关脱逃罪主体、目的、罪数、培形态以及共犯上的若干较存争议的问题进行了较为深入的探讨。
This paper makes a tentative study on the problems about the subject, the purpose, the quantity of crime, the pattern and the joint crime about crime of escape.
