摘要
基于电流变效应原理,设计盘式电流变减速器.论述盘式电流变减速器的工作原理、结构特点、计算方法、调速性能,以及各主要参数对盘式电流变无极减速器中的影响.试验表明,电流变减速器具有柔性接入、离合简单、无极调速、动态调整、响应迅速和控制简单等良好品质.
Based on the electrorheological affecting principium, design of disc electrorheological fluid speed reducer is presented. The working principle, structural characteristics, calculation method, the performance of speed adjustment, and the influences of the main parameters on disc electrorheological fluid speed reducer are stated. The experimental results have shown that the speed reduced has the advantages such as flexible insterting, simple connecting and disconnecting, non-grade speed adjustment, dynamic adjusting, rapid response and simple control.
