摘要
激光电子散斑干涉加上相移技术具有全场显示、非接触、高灵敏度和高精度等特点,将这一技术应用于柴油机油泵模型的三维位移场测量研究,运用相移技术得到了油泵模型在压力作用下的三维位移场的数值,和有限元计算进行了比较,二者的相对误差小于5%。为柴油机设计提供了一种方便、快速、有效、全新的设计、检测手段。
Laser electronic speckle technology plus phase-shift has the features of overall display, non-contact, high sensitive and precision, etc. So it can be widely used in analyzing the strength and stiffness of parts in diesel engine. The technology was applied in measurement research of 3-D displacement of diesel engine's fuel pump. And phase-shift technology was used to get data of 3-D displacement of fuel pump's model under pressure. The data were compared with FEM results, which show a relative error less than 5%. ESPI provides a convenient, fast, effective, and brand new design and test method.
