摘要
机械生长因子(mechanogrowthfactor,MGF)起源于胰岛素生长因子Ⅰ(insulinlikegrowthfactorⅠ,IGFⅠ),与肝型IGFⅠ基因有着不同的3′端序列。MGF的表达主要受机械剌激和局部组织损伤的影响,且比肝型IGFⅠ具有增加肌肉质量的能力;机械刺激后幼年骨骼肌MGF表达先于其它IGFⅠ异构体,且MGFmRNA水平与年龄及生长激素有密切关系。
Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) is derived from the insulin-like growth factor (IGF- Ⅰ ), and has a 3'-sequence and a mode of action that are different from liver IGF- Ⅰ . MGF is expressed by mechanically overloaded muscle and is involved in tissue repair. Moreover, MGF is very potent and much more effective in increasing muscle mass than the liver IGF- Ⅰ . Following mechanical strain and/or muscle damage , the expression of young bone muscles fakes place befor the other IGF-Ⅰ, and MGF mRNA levels bear a close relationship with age and growth hormone
